Shipping Information

Shipping Rates: Powders & Potions offers a flat rate shipping fee of £2.50 on all UK orders, £6.50 on European and £8.50 on orders from the rest of the world. We do not add increments for additional items. Our standard method of shipping is Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will, as such, require a signature of receipt from the ordering party.

Operating Time & Days: Our operating times are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, excluding holidays within the United Kingdom.

Processing & Despatch Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday will be packaged by the end of next business day. Orders received on weekends will be processed on Monday or by end of Tuesday. Orders should arrive within a 3-5 day period following despatch.

Order Cancellation/Amendment: Before an order is placed its contents and total value, including shipping, can be viewed in the "shopping bag". Once an order has been submitted successfully, it will be given an "Order Placed" status. The order may be cancelled or amended up until 10.00am the following day, by using the secure email link or telephone/fax numbers on the "contact us page". After this time it will be picked and despatched and no further changes can be made.

Returns Policy

Powders and Potions will accept returns on any unused products within 14 days of your original purchase date providing the products are unused and in a sellable condition.

Any returned products, which Powders & Potions deem to be opened, used, sampled, damaged or in any other way tampered with, will not be subject to a refund.

Please follow the below return instructions

1. Please place your unused Powders & Potions item in its original state in the original shipping internal and external packaging.

2. Please include a copy of the original invoice in the return parcel and detail what you are returning and why.

We recommend that all returns be sent recorded delivery through the Royal Mail. Powders & Potions is not responsible for any lost or damaged return parcels during shipping.

Powders & Potions reserves the right not to accept returns which have not followed the above guidelines and methods.

Powders & Potions returns will be processed within 14 business days from receipt. Please allow at least two statements for your Powders & Potions credit to show. Powders & Potions is unable to refund any postage costs you incur unless your return is the direct result of our error. Upon receipt of your returned goods, Powders & Potions will send you a return confirmation e-mail for your records.
